Prices are based on per person per night (pppn) including full english breakfast.

Double Room en suite	£35 pppn (£70 per room per night)
Twin bedded Room en suite	£30 pppn (£60 per room per night)
Single occupancy of Twin	£40 per room per night
Single occupancy of Double	£50 per room per night

Important - We have limited single night accommodation at weekends.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to your booking, you will lose your deposit only. For cancellations made with less than seven days notice, you will be liable for the first night's stay. If you fail to take up the booking, you will be liable for the full amount.

Deposits

A deposit of £30 per room is required in order to secure the booking. Please send deposits to the address below and make the cheque payable to "Alison May".
